Because each Dabble Doll gift box is thoughtfully curated and often customized just for your order, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.

Customized & Personalized Items

All customized or personalized gift boxes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These items are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

Customized & Gift Orders

All customized or personalized gift boxes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to all gift orders, regardless of whether the order is shipped to the purchaser or directly to a gift recipient.

Orders in Transit

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned while in transit.

Due to the nature of certain products and for sanitary reasons, select items are not eligible for return or refund.

Sanitary & Perishable Items

For health and safety reasons, items such as socks and food or confectionery products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.

If an order issue is the result of buyer-provided information (such as personalization details), we are happy to recreate the item once a new order has been placed. 

Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. Reimbursement or concerns for shipping must be handled directly with the courier. Kindly note, we are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If there are any concerns, please contact the carrier directly.
